The purchase of any travel services offered by Buraq Travel constitutes a contractual agreement between you (the "traveler," "participant," or "arranger") and Buraq Travel, and represents your full acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. Please request the latest version prior to booking. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may cancel your reservation in writing (cancellation fees will apply).

Buraq Travel provides its website and promotional materials “as is,” and does not warrant that content is current, complete, or free from errors or infringements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buraq Travel disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. Buraq Travel shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use or inability to use any third-party services.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Buraq Travel incurs substantial costs upon each booking, and cancellation penalties are enforced as follows:
- 60 days or more before departure: $500 per person cancellation fee.
- 45 to 59 days before departure: $1,500 per person cancellation fee.
- Less than 45 days before departure: No refund.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes arising from these Terms will first undergo good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution is not reached within 60 days, either party may request mediation in Dallas, TX. Failing that, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Arbitration will occur in Dallas, TX and be conducted in English.
- There will be three arbitrators, and judgment may be entered in any court of appropriate jurisdiction.
- Confidentiality is required for all arbitration matters unless legally necessary to disclose.
Waiver of Jury Trial and Punitive Damages
Any legal claim must be brought within two (2) years of its occurrence.
Only compensatory damages may be awarded.You waive your right to a jury trial and to pursue punitive damages.If the arbitration clause is deemed invalid, all legal proceedings will take place exclusively in Dallas County, Texas.
General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Unauthorized use of Buraq Travel’s services or website where these Terms are not fully enforceable is prohibited.
The failure of Buraq Travel to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
